Quick Read: Sign-Up Now and emjoy summer workouts at FCW at Elm Hall! Members must register in person at Elm's Fitness Center West (no online/phone sign-ups). ID verification and waivers are required. *Free for summer HFS residents and conference guests.
- Amenities: Cardio/strength equipment, free weights, functional training, lockers, stretching spaces, and weekly yoga/Pilates classes.
- Payment: Major credit/debit cards and Husky Cards.
- Guests: Allowed only if the guest is a current UW student AND the sponsoring member lives in HFS or family housing for the summer.

How do I sign up?
All new members must come to Elm’s Fitness Center West in person to complete their membership registration. This allows us to verify ID, complete required waivers, and set up access. We do not offer online or phone sign‑ups.
What are your current hours?
Hours change seasonally. Below are the Summer 2026 and Special Hours:
Summer Hours (June 22 – August 22)
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Special Hours (August 23 – August 30)
• Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
August 31 – September 4
Monday–Thursday:
• 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
• 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Friday:
• 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
• 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Are there any upcoming closures?
Scheduled 2026 closures include:
• June 19
• July 3
• September 4 at 5:00 p.m. – September 22

We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Husky Cards.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are only allowed if both of the following are true:
• The guest is a current UW student, and
• The sponsor are living in HFS housing or family housing for the summer
