Single-Student Apartments

The Stevens Court communities are ideal for single students 19 years of age and older.

Graduate students have priority at Stevens Court Addition.
Current residence hall students and undergraduates have priority at Stevens Court Apartments.

The University of Washington (UW) verifies eligibility of students who apply for Commodore Duchess, Radford Court and Nordheim Court, three apartment communities for UW students which are managed by Lorig Management Services, a private property-management company.
