Undergraduate Housing
Residence Halls
All of our residence halls are conveniently located near classrooms and campus resources, as well as nearby shopping, restaurants and public transportation. The residence halls combine comfortable spaces, world-class dining and award-winning Residential Life programs to make the residence halls a lot more than just a dorm.
Most new residents will be assigned to Lander Hall, Mercer Hall and Terry Hall and Stevens Court buildings K–L, located on South Campus; and Haggett Hall, McCarty Hall and McMahon Hall, located on North Campus.
Returning residents and new students who are at least 19 years old are eligible to live in 2104 House, Hansee Hall and Stevens Court buildings A–D.

Apartments
In addition to traditional undergraduate housing, we offer apartment-style housing for students who want the independence of apartment living and the convenience of campus housing. Whether you prefer early 20th-Century charm or LEED-Certified modernity, there’s a style to suit everyone. A variety of locations and price ranges are available, and all properties are staffed by Community Assistants, who organize social events, provide support for residents and help ensure a safe environment.
