2104 House
Single and double rooms just off campus provide a little more independence for upperclassmen age 19 and older. The Resident Dining Account is optional for residents of 2104 House.

 

Haggett Hall
Views of Lake Washington and the hills and trees of the campus and the surrounding neighborhoods. Houses primarily undergraduates in double rooms. Business, International and SAFE Communities.

 

Hansee Hall
Striking Tudor architecture and beautiful common areas. This 24-hour quiet hall houses undergraduates and upperclassmen age 19 and older in single rooms.

 

McCarty Hall
Double and triple rooms in this popular complex for undergraduates and upperclassmen. Honors and Engineering Communities. North Campus Academic Resource Center: math and chemistry tutoring, academic advising and other services.

 

McMahon Hall
Double rooms in cluster design for underclassmen age 18 and older. Stunning views and an ideal location. In-hall dining at 8 at McMahon. Arts Community.

 

South Campus

 

Lander Hall
Freshman-only housing. Triple and double rooms with convenient access to Eleven 01 Café and The Ave. Honors and Residential FIG Communities. South Campus Academic Resource Center: math and chemistry tutoring, academic advising and other services.

 

Mercer Hall
Undergraduates housed in double and single rooms. Close proximity to Eleven 01 Café, The Ave and the Burke-Gilman Trail.

 

Stevens Court
Apartment-style living for undergraduates in single or double rooms. Full kitchen in every apartment. The Resident Dining Account is optional in some areas of Stevens Court.

 

Terry Hall
Undergraduate housing in double and triple rooms. Close proximity to Eleven 01 Café and The Ave. Pre-Health Sciences Community.

Residence hall areas that have been converted to temporarily house students who are waiting for permanent rooms. Usually used only during autumn quarter.
