Early Arrival Housing
If your academic program requires you to arrive on campus before your assigned check-in date, you may apply for Early Arrival Housing.
Autumn Quarter
The Autumn Quarter Early Arrival Housing application is made available online each year in early August.
Winter Quarter
There is no Early Arrival Housing for winter quarter.
Spring Quarter
The Spring Quarter Early Arrival Housing application is available online each year in late February.
Early Arrival Housing Eligibility
You will qualify for Early Arrival Housing if:
- You apply for Early Arrival Housing by the deadline stated in the application; and,
- Your early arrival to campus is due to the requirements of an academic program.
Early Arrival Housing Costs
There is a flat rate for each Early Arrival Housing period. Charges will not be prorated, transferred or refunded at the end of the Early Arrival Housing period or upon your vacate, whichever comes first. Rates will be published at the time the application is made available.
If you are on the quarterly payment plan you must pay your full housing and dining balance as well as all Early Arrival Housing charges prior to checking in.
Cancelling your Early Arrival Housing Application
Cancellation dates and fees will be published at the time the application is made available. If you cancel after the published date, or fail to move in without cancelling, you will owe the full amount for your assigned Early Arrival Housing period even if you do not move in during that period.
