Dining on Campus
Our conference meal service provides you two dining options for your conference:
Option 1: All-you-care-to eat (AYCE) style dining in 8 at McMahon in McMahon Hall.
Option 2: A wide variety of menu selections in a la carte style at Eleven 01 in Terry Hall.
Each conference guest is issued a conference card programmed with the appropriate dining program. Each preprogrammed card can be used at any designated Housing and Food Services dining location on campus, including the 8 at McMahon's AYCE venue. How the Cards Work
Each time guests make a purchase, the amount is deducted from the balance. After each purchase, the remaining account balance is displayed on the cash register and receipt. As there is a minimum dollar amount required to spend during the guests stay, there are no refunds for unused meal money. Guests who exceed their allotted balance can pay the difference in cash.
Conference cards programmed with prearranged meals can only be used in 8 at McMahon. There are no refunds for missed meals. Commuter guests may pay cash and join their overnight colleagues in the dining room.
Lost Cards
Lost conference cards will be replaced at the Conference Desks, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. A lost card replacement fee will be collected at that time.
