Accommodations

Located on campus, our residence halls serve as conference housing and provide easy access to campus meeting spaces and services:

Residence hall rooms are arranged corridor-style by floor, with each floor sharing a large lounge. There is at least one large bathroom per floor and there are separate bathrooms for men and women. Because men and women are permitted to occupy the same room or floor, the appropriate bathroom for one gender may be located one floor above or below the assigned room.

All beds are twin-sized, with rooms accommodating one or two people.

Bedding, towels, soap and drinking cups are provided. We make your beds and change your towels each day.

Due to our mild climate, buildings are not air-conditioned; however, small fans are placed in each sleeping room.

Desk lamps can be checked out at the front desk.

Ethernet access is available for those who bring their laptops.

Microwave ovens, television lounges and laundry facilities are conveniently located in the residence halls.

Washers and dryers are operated using your plastic conference card. No funds are automatically on your card for laundry facilities. If you wish to deposit funds you may do so at the Conference Desk. Please consider carefully how much you deposit, as these funds can only be used in the washers and dryers. Any unused funds will not be refunded.

Laundry supplies and other sundries, as well as long distance calling cards, are sold at the on-campus express markets (Ian's Domain located in McCarty Hall and 2 Convenient located in Terry Hall).

Guests will be notified by signs posted at the Conference Desk if mail is received. Mail is held at the Conference Desk for pickup.
