Early Check-in and Late Checkout

Early Arrival and Late Departure guests may be housed on a different floor or in a different residence hall than where their conference may be located.

Early Arrival guests will be moved to the conference's assigned residence hall and floor(s) on the official check-in day.

The Reservation Fee and the Late Reservation Fee for individual reservation forms are nonrefundable.

Please note that after the reservation deadline, cancellations of Early Arrival and/or Late Departure nights will not be refunded.
