How do I reserve event space for a catered event?
University departments can reserve event space directly with the proposed facility. Off-campus groups work with a Catering Sales Representative to reserve event space.
What is the policy for catered events where alcohol is served?
The state of Washington requires a posted Washington State Liquor Control Board Banquet Permit or Special Occasions License. When Bay Laurel Catering serves at your event, University bartenders are required. Please discuss this process with your Catering Sales Representative.

Does Catering have a minimum requirement for orders?
Yes, there are minimums. Please refer to 'Minimum Orders' or contact your sales representative.
How soon do I need to place an order for an event?
Please place your order as soon as you determine the date and time of the event. Your Catering Sales Representative will discuss menu selection with you closer to the event.
Do I have to have servers at my event?
A server is required if there is hot food or china at your event.
