Housing Master Plan

Our Comprehensive Housing Master Plan* includes new building construction and renovations scheduled to take place through 2020. The plan includes the construction of three six-story residence halls and two apartment complexes in the west section of campus in Phase I, the renovation of six existing residence halls in Phase II, and additional new construction in Phase III. The projects will result in a net gain of approximately 2,400 beds.

*The Comprehensive Housing Master Plan was developed for the Department of Housing & Food Services (HFS) at the University of Washington. The density plans, room layouts and financial analyses were used to confirm product viability and could change substantially as HFS proceeds with the project.
