  • Provide general custodial services to each building

  • Issue equipment including bed parts and refrigerators

 

 Financial Services

 

  • Manage residence hall and apartment billing

  • Process housing account payments and Husky Card Account deposits

  • Provide Payroll and Accounts Management Services

 HFS Capital Projects and Sustainability

  • Provide planning, design and construction expertise

  • Provide oversight for departmental sustainability initiatives

 

 Human Resources

 

  • Administer recruitment, employee relations, training and organizational development

  • Provide employment opportunities for students and staff

 

 Husky Card Account & ID Center

  • Issue Husky Cards to campus community

  • Manage Husky Card Accounts

  • Assist with reports of lost or stolen Husky Cards and fraudulent charges

 

 Off-campus Housing

 

  • Provide listing information for local off-campus housing

  • Accept listings from private housing sources for general posting

  • Not affiliated with HFS

 

 Residential Services

  • Provide information on the conduct system and Residential Life programs

  • Provide support for apartment maintenance concerns

 

 Student Services

 

  • Complete residence hall and apartment assignments

  • Answer questions about the residence hall contract, application process, dining account, assignments, Intent to Vacate Notice and moving out
